THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
In-Person Consultation to look at the space
Finish selection that may include flooring, countertop, backsplash, metal fixtures, paint, lighting, appliance
Deliverables: Finish schedule
TIMELINE: 4 - 6 weeks
Deposit due before initial consultation, other services can be added on for hourly rate
Drawings + Renderings
This looks different for everyone! Need your kitchen to be more efficient? Bathroom need an update? Ready for an aging in place bathroom? Want to improve the flow of your home? We love all of these things!!

Floor plans
Elevations
3D line drawings
Color renderings
Finish package
TIMELINE: 6 - 8 weeks
New Construction Package
Looking to build a new home? We would love to walk alongside you during this process!
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
Detailed consultation & questionnaire to determine needs
Programming and thoughtful schematic design to give options and work through a floorplan that is exactly what you and your family needs
Finishes interior and exterior
Deliverables: Construction documents with exterior elevations, interior elevations, detailed floor plan, door and window schedules, finish schedule
TIMELINE: 8 - 10 weeks
Final pricing determination depends on the size of house and will be estimated after the initial design consultation.
Construction coordination will be discussed separately.
Hourly Consultation
Just want me to help with decisions but not a full package? I'm happy to help by the hour! Two hour minimum charge.
Hourly design consultation to help in whatever way you need. This could be for artwork placement, furniture arrangement, or just to provide feedback on selections you've already made!
I will bring relevant samples as requested.
TIMELINE: 2+ hours (1 day)
